 River Trip 10th-11th December Carrbridge - 2011/10/26 15:32 Interested? This trip was suggested by someone at the recent meeting to put some trip dates in the diary - I'm not sure who.

Unfortunately, I definitely can't make it due to work commitments, but that shouldn't stop you going and paddling something appropriate to group ability.

We would come along as a day trip (paddling either Saturday or Sunday).

We realise it'd depend on levels, but what are the options of rivers to be paddled? Would it be early morning starts for paddling?

the forecast is to have a winter similar to the last 2 from what i understand hence "weather permitting".

I'm in Aviemore that w/e and could provide limited FREE accomodation(BYOB, food and bedding)for club members on the Saturday night. Maybe that will help folks decide if they can make it along. I can't paddle Saturday as it's induction day on the hill(Ski School) but would be able to join in on Sunday.
