Sunday's trip was very enjoyable and great for learning more river running skills and we felt safe with the competent leaders around.

We, as newbies, would like to run The Doon again (if there is more water in it) or to try George's other suggestion of The Clyde. We would like to keep to rivers at the monent to hone these skills.

Re:Sunday 9th May trip to the River Awe - 2010/05/12 12:59 Sunday was brilliant - great trip and the three of us all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Good to be stretched that bit more and lots of things to work on.....

The surfing at Pease Bay sounds great or happy to do the Awe again. Anywhere there is water basically!!!!

I'd also like some rolling practice (and I'm probably going to regret typing that!)
