Now that the training sessions are at an end we would like to thank George and all the other leaders that assisted in the coaching and river trips.
We now have the confidence to try paddling with others of a similar standard and look forward to many more river trips once the rain raises the level of the rivers.
The river safety session on The Nith was good and provided very useful info and practise time while being very enjoyable.
