Concern for Safety - 2011/02/28 20:36 Ok,
I feel compelled to put this little list together. Just for FUN and to see who's paddled some or them all.
I've roughly compiled it in scale of how hard just to keep the eyes interested in scanning forward. It is in no way totally correct but not a million miles away. If anyone has some input in regards to one river at a certain height before another. Remember it's just for FUN and to let people see there are other Rivers to see and do.

Ok here goes.

River Ayr at Annbank to the breakers

River Doon, Dalrymple to the Riverside no scraping

Lower Doon from Brig A Doon to Doonfoot at Medium flow

Nith top section Mennock to Glen Airlie Picnic spot.

River Doon, Riverside section with 3 on the new gauge

River Ayr top section above Sorn

River Girvan at low flows

Ness Glen

River Girvan Medium flow

Glenmuir water, Below the Cubes section.

River Doon Middle section Patna to Skeldon estate or Dalrymple. Medium flow

River Nith Picnic spot to Pop out hole. Medium flow

River Girvan High side of Medium 3 bricks covered.

River Doon Middle section Patna to Skeldon estate or Dalrymple at Higher flows

River Nith (full run) at 2.8 on gauge

River Doon Middle section Patna to Skeldon estate or Dalrymple at uber flood stage

River Nith (full run) at 4 foot plus on guage

River Girvan on High flows

Glenmuir water "Cubes" Section

There are other sections of rivers that are local runs that can be added but in the interest of FUN I've compiled this list. What ones have you done and where do you want to go at the weekend if theres some water?

Enjoy g
